Jeffrey N Albert

Writer / Director / Executive Producer

Jeff is an Author, Screenwriter, Producer, and Director for World of Kohr, LLC.

He started making films at the age of 10 years using a Super 8mm format. Later, Jeff joined the Thespians Society where he won several awards in acting. From there, he went on to junior college for two years and studied Music and Business Management. After transferring to Central Missouri University, Jeff majored in Literature and Photography. Immediately after college, he opened a successful portrait studio where he became an award-winning fashion photographer.

With the incoming digital age, Jeff made the switch to screenwriting and novels – writing an exhilarating twelve book, full-length fantasy series, that has received excellent reviews. He has completed screenplays for three large budget films that are currently approved and in a funding queue, merely awaiting distribution. (OLYMPUS REIGN, THE LAST IMMORTALS, and OMEGA 1.)

Jeff has also produced, written, and directed, several short films (BECOMING RACHEL, THE PENDANT, and HOPE LOST) since his time spent in Hollywood, where he had offices at Sunset Gower Studios. He later moved to Beverly Hills, and partnered for a time with Metropolitan distribution company to learn more about his craft. His current project is his feature BLACK ZONE, that is set for a theatrical release in January of 2025.

Richard F Law

Executive Producer

Retired Team Leader for US Fugitive Task Force and former Military Contractor with Blackwater, Richard is the CEO of Shadow Productions and an Owner and Partner of Black Zone Productions.

He has been involved with production, distribution, financing, acting and stunts in film and television since 1987. He has produced or acted in several feature films, but is most well-known for his stunt work in Guardians of the Galaxy and Avengers: Age of Ultron and has also appeared in television’s Law & Order. He is most well-known as an Executive Producer for films such as: The PendantMen of RespectEye of the HunterThe Last Immortals, Two Wrongs and The Pizza Connection. Continuing to his list, Richard took home four awards as an Executive Producer for the film You Better Run at the San Diego Film Festival. Other credits include: Captain America: The First Avenger, Mad Money, Righteous Kill, GoodfellasStreets of Blood, Rivka and Help Me, Kill Me.

Andrea Fantauzzi

Creative Producer

An award-winning Actor, Director and Producer, she is also a Writer and the Owner and Founder of the production company Fanta-Zee, LLC.

Her directorial debut came with her very well received film Letters from a Father, which premiered at the Kansas International Film Festival back in 2017. Shortly after, Fantauzzi became a multi-award winning director with dozens of awards and nominations in various categories. She began her production career at 19, with the creation of the Custom Reel Division that is now apart of her production company; Hala Finley (Man with a PlanWe Can Be Heroes) is her most well known client. She later worked on Season 4 of both NBC’s The Blacklist and FXX’s The Americans while attending The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. Other shows include: NBC’s The Voice and MTV’s Broke A$$ Game Show. Her new film, Event Virus, is currently on film circuit and has received awards including: H.G. Wells Award for Best Short Film at the Los Angeles Sci-Fi Film Festival and Best Director, Best Producer, and Best Sci-Fi at the Rome International Movie Awards.

Joining The Second City back in early 2018, she made her writing debut on the stage with the sketch show “Me, Myself & Die”. She is now currently producing two In-Development feature films, a television series, and the feature films Black Zone (coming soon to theaters) and Super Happy Fun Clown (post-production).

Richard Jergins

Producer

Richard Jergins is Co-Owner and Registered Agent for 3R Productions, LLC. Richard has been involved with film production since 2003, primarily arranging investments, developing Business Plans, Hiring Cast and Crew and obtaining locations, and investing. Some of his work on prior films include Rook, Help Me, Kill Me, Halcyon Dreams and more recently, the feature film, Black Zone. Prior to his career in the film industry, Richard started his career working with the FBI in Washington, D.C. Later, Richard managed Financial Departments in Houston, TX, Washington, D.C., New York City, N.Y. and Charlotte, N.C. Since changing careers,

Richard describes his life as “Wonderful, Simply Wonderful.”

Mia M Howard

(fka Mia Howard-Rubinstein)

Legal Representative

Mia M. Howard is an attorney with over twenty years of experience in business, entertainment, finance, and special needs advocacy. Ms. Howard has worked at major studios like Disney and WB, and a variety of law firms (international and boutique). Ms. Howard has experience as a TV and Film Representative at SAG (Screen Actors Guild)/AFTRA as well as investigative experience earned as an IRS Agent auditing individuals and a wide variety of businesses. Ms. Howard’s core values are rooted in community with emphasis on advocacy and effective communication. She has provided business and financial consultation services to government organizations, schools, community organizations, and special services legal assistance and strategic consultation services to families, schools, and service providers. Ms. Howard is passionate about film and television as well as the study of societal behavioral patterns.
